Well, for starters, I feel respected and valued for what I bring to my company. The flexibility to attend to family matters or my University and College if necessary and the encouragement to come up with my own ideas and to provide input to the team is very imperative. I feel that I am working with professionals that I can learn from and that they will push me to take on new and challenging opportunities. The environment is calm and pleasant. Our management always has an open-door policy and actively listens to our concerns, opinions and thought process. The core values and belief system that Sagar Babar, Biju Nambiar & Aniket Neurgaonkar share with us, reflects in our behaviour and mentality and are pivotal in making our office an incredible place to work at! I’m proud to have Biju Nambiar as my mentor. Biju has helped me develop leadership skills and gain a personal sense of satisfaction from knowing that I’ve helped someone. Under his guidance I’m able to expand my knowledge and skills, gain valuable advice, and build my professional networks. I’m happy to say, that I have been able to improve my communication skills, learn new ways of thinking, and, ultimately, advance my career, all because of his help, patience and guidance!
At Comsense, co-workers and peers are not just colleagues, but an extended family, where even the smallest efforts and wins are celebrated. But most importantly, everyone is supportive and is always willing to provide their help and experience to accomplish our goals. It gives me immense pride to be Team Comsense! Even though words cannot do justice for the experience I’ve had until now at Comsense Technologies, This is what I feel about working here.
Thank you everyone! And Thank you all at Comsense for being such an incredible team and Family! Looking forward to many more years working at Comsense!
Do you yearn to be appreciated and recognized by your employer for your professional contributions, to know you are a valued employee, go home with a high morale, feeling you had a worthwhile productive day, and feel enthusiastic about turning to office eagerly the next day?
In today’s stressful times, longing to work for a company which offers the above mix along with a blend of the right #motivation, worklifebalance, sense of trust, responsibility and flexibility, not to mention warm and encouraging peers and absolutely no office politics seems like a dream to many, except for those who are aware of Comsense Technologies.
I recommend Comsense to all those who’d love a vibe so strong that it’ll only result in a long term engagement, where co-workers and peers are not just colleagues, but an extended family, where even the smallest efforts and wins are celebrated.
I had been attached with Comsense from the very beginning, one way or the other. But working here in person is a completely different ball game altogether. Personally, I’ve been through a lot of different companies and work environments over the past 20 odd years and have seen the (mostly) good and sometimes the ugly sides of working with a start-up. Working with Comsense will no doubt fall into the good or even the best bucket.
The founders have done a great job at inculcating the right mindsets which undoubtedly trickles through to the core and then the subsequent teams. To give a simple example, I remember that one of the team members had goofed up and used up a lot of time working on something that was not required. While it was a challenge in and of itself to buy a few more days from the client, the bigger task was to come up with the solution in the next few days, that would typically be done (working full time) in about 2 to 3 weeks. But did the team step up! Not only was the implementation done in the next few days, it was liked and appreciated a lot by the client and was used for an extensive period until a new implementation was required. That is one thing that any organization, big or small, would die to get from their team, where people who are not responsible can step up and take the ownership and take it to fruition with that same enthusiasm, with an air as if “well that was fun!”.
