Comsense grants a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Kleanmail Hosted Service for internal business purposes. This license permits uploading and downloading customer data for email validation services. Customers agree not to sublicense, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
- C) Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for activities under their account and compliance with laws. They must ensure the accuracy and legality of their data and use the service appropriately.
- D) Customer Data
Customer data is confidential and will only be used to provide the service. Comsense does not own customer data but may cache and store results. Customers consent to being identified as clients in promotional materials.
- E) Intellectual Property Ownership
Comsense owns all rights to its technology, content, and services. This agreement does not transfer ownership but grants limited use rights.

Comsense is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use. Liability limitations apply to various potential issues, including access issues and third-party conduct.
- I) Modifications
Comsense may revise terms with customer consent. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
- J) Force Majeure
Comsense is not liable for delays or failures due to uncontrollable events like natural disasters or government actions.
