What you will be doing?
Marketing Specialist
- Provide consultation on various Channels like – Email, SMS, App/Browser Notifications & on Marketing Automation.
- Strategize, lead, and drive Email & Marketing Automation Campaigns
- Analyse Campaign data to derive business critical inferences for our customers
- Demonstrated ability to drive business from clients. Comfort with being held accountable for business goals.
- Broad understanding of automation and database marketing infrastructures and the technologies required
- Strong analytic skills, including experience with quantitative test design, customer segmentation, tracking results and interpreting key learning’s
- Implement and measure creative and campaign testing methodologies to ensure performance improvements over time
What we are looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in Martech tools – Acoustic campaign automation, Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle, etc
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to directly communicate and participate at public presentations as an Industry Expert
- It expects the CSM to be ready to do any and everything for Making Things Happen for the Customer
- Immense knowledge growth: Role demands continuous learning about the digital industry (Communication Channels & Marketing Automation) to service and consult top notch clients from different sectors – E-com, BFSI, Classifieds, Travel, Retail etc
